We have a four smart TVs with access to login to your favorite streaming services. Two living rooms offers an opportunity to spread out during your stay. We also provide coffee, sugar, & creamer to warm you up anytime of the day. +Things to Do -Hiking at Parkville Nature Sanctuary -Shopping & Dining in Downtown Parkville -Disc golf, trails, & scenic views at English Landing Park -Wine tasting -North Kansas City dining and entertainment -Creekside Baseball Complex The Breen House is the original family home of Charles P Breen built in 1912. Breen was a Master Stone Mason for Park College and you'll see his work in many of the stone retaining walls throughout Parkville!
Other Details to Note
There are stairs to reach the main house entry and more stairs to reach the second level. While we'd love to have you stay, if stairs aren't your thing, this isn't your spot. If a more easily accessible stay is required, please check out other local listings. While we like fury friends, we do not allow them in our home. If this is an issue, we are happy to provide information on pet boarding as an alternative during your stay. There is a $300 deposit for the home. It is not charged to you upon booking, only reserved in the case of damage or theft. If something gets damaged or broken, please let us know and we will work with you to figure out a solution.
